Jesus h christ, I just called to simply ask if Dr. Brown had any appointments available, since, you know, receptionists set appointments... The receptionist responds "He's not here today." I reply, "okay, well does he have any appointments open this month?" She responds yelling, "HE...IS...NOT..HERE...TODAY." Unbelievable. Get a hold of your staff
Pray you never get referred to midlands neuropathy on N. Main. It's 2 o'clock. I'm here for a noon appointment. So far I've had my vitals checked. Intercom consists of receptionist yelling patients names through a closed door.
