When the Dr. Cain is going to discuss things that he is going to bill you for, he needs to notify you. My well visit got an additional office charge because I nonchalantly carried on a conversation with him. The issues that I was billed for were NON-issues!
I went for my annual physical exam with Dr. Cain and a month later sent a bill for $101.00. I send a message to inquire about this charge. I was informed they double billed me for my hypertension. I went in for my annual physical with NO complaints, NONE. Dr Cain decides to charge another visit (without telling me) because he discussed my blood pressure. My blood pressure was fine, not elevated, had not been elevated, no chest pains, no shortness of breath. Again,NO problems. I am finding a new PCP!!
RecommendedFront office staff is always poite and helpful. Physicians and PAs are infomed and patient with explanations. Wonderful, kind office with great and personable lab techs also.
Dr Cain has helped me in so many other ways than any other dr. He never "brushed off" a symptom like others have. He got to the root of my problems and got me the medical attention that I needed. my only regret is not finding him sooner.
I've been coming here for about 4 yrs with Dr. Trufant and he makes yiu feel comfortable and explains things very well. Good place!
Dr. Cain is excellent. He helps with all of our family health needs. He is paitient and really takes time to explain everything clearly. Combine his skills with Kay Love, NP, the combination is great! They work together very well.
I have been taking my son here for years and both Dr.Trufant and Dr.Caine have always taken exceptional care of him and have gone above and beyond for him In situations when he was nervous or afraid. We will continue to come here!
Started seeing Dr. Cain in 2009. He is a wonderful Doctor, and I recommend him to my friends all the time.
Dr. Brian Cain is great!! He takes interest in your needs and doesn't act like he's in a hurry to get out of there.
