Horrible experience here today. We come from far because we followed our children’s Dr who moved here this year. Front desk is not personable or kind to children, if you are early don’t think they will let you know you will be seen early or even keep you updated. Nurse who was supposed to draw my daughter’s blood was mean to my daughter.
Very caring staff and Dr Berger is always amazing! Thankfully, we typically only have to go in once a year for a well child check, but Dr Berger always has the ability to make it seem like we’re the only family she sees. She is genuinely nice and invested in my daughter well being.
I was just trying to find a new doctor for my child, I called this office because it’s close to our home. They told me that I had to physically come to the office in person, to fill out paperwork… before they would give us an appointment. I have never heard of this in my life? So I did that, still no appointment.. they turned me away and told me to wait for a call….more than a week goes by, still no call from them and no appointment.
