Mary was my go to everytime, very helpful and knows what she is doing. Just had a boil lanced for the 2nd time in my life and I can't tell you enough how much quicker and better she was. Good place to go.
Extremely rude receptionist! I needed a paper filled out for my insurance and they refused because the doctor I saw no longer works here. I went here for ten years and saw different doctors, I just needed a simple paper filled out from my physical, it didn't even require the Dr to fill it out! My records and everything are here and this is the only Dr office I have been to. Always in and out of the office quicky. Excellent staff, great bedside manner.
I hold Novant Health with the upmost respect. Dr. Oden and Dr. William for out my husband had Colon Cancer. Dr. William Charles is the best Oncologist i ever met. I hold all of them with respect and graditude.
front desk was terrible over the phone. really taken aback by lack of customer service and help. treated me as if i was the most ignorant human.
