This is the 3rd time I've been here for their Urgent Care and it's taken 1+hrs to even get called back. The physicians during the day are amazing game but the time it takes to be seen after 5pm is unacceptable.
Urgent Care PA Andrew is a right out liar. He is not good at patient care.
I love my doctor but every single time I come here I wait at least 30 minutes or more past my scheduled appointment time. I understand that this can happen on occasion and I respect that but when it's habitual, it needs to be addressed!!
Lakeside Family Physicians/Mooresville is a wonderful place full of excellent doctors! We love the attention they give us and their bedside manor far exceeds anywhere else! Love Dr. Mathers and retired Dr. Clark, who still continues to work Urgent Care!
Dr. Elkins and Dr. Beaver are Superb! Outstanding with issues and treatment plans. They always follow up in a quick manner.
Lakeside mtn. Isl. is wonderful. I love how they value, the all mighty $, over your health. If you owe a dollar they will cut you off!! Does the letters F. O. Mean anything!
