Module C Popoola is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Her physical tests where borderline abusive. Extremely rude and did not listen to anything I said I felt. It’s amazing how different customer service is when you need the help. Please try to find a different Urgent Care this one may cost you a life. I couldnt imagine her under a more serious circumstance.

Trent the LPN is awesome. The front desk lady was cool. But the doctor (who normally works in the ER) that they had that was replacing the Urgent Care doctor needs to take some continuing education courses and brush up on her bedside manner. When you have a doctor ask you "So what do you want me to do?" then you know you've gone to the wrong place.

The PA, a Sharyce Banks is extremely rude! My daughter was seen by her on 1/12/20. She came in the exam room chewing on food, with a stone face and introduce herself like she was annoyed that we were there. Here is how she introduced herself. “I’m the PA, and what brings you in today(in the rudest tone)?”. She did not say hello, and when I bought this to her attention she did not apologize and she continued to be condescending, stoned faced, and rude.
