Amanda UpChurch is great I’m proud to have her as my new care primary care doctor
RecommendedStaff is super friendly. Yes sometimes you do have a wait. However, with that said, when you get back there you get the same extra attention if you need it. I would rather wait an the doctor take his time an explain an listen to me than to go back an feel llike I was rushed in an out of the office.
I love this office. The care I receive is top notch, and I really feel like the NP’s really listen to you and you never feel rushed. Amanda, Heather, Aletha, are always amazing. I will say that 3-4 years ago, the wait times were super long, but they seem to have really focused on this and I never wait more than a few minutes now. I think from checkin to checkout, service is superb. And not to mention, if you are referred out to a specialist, you get that call the same day! I’ve only recently began going here. My previous doctor left her practice to pursue another opportunity & I didn’t really care for anyone else in the office. I became a patient of Dr. Brown & I am super happy with my choice. He talks to you in a way you can understand and is so helpful with suggestions to get you on the right track.
I love Dr. Brown to death! But why do I have to wait at least an hour EVERY TIME!?!?! Every time!!!! Every time!!! It’s too much! I often wonder if it’s worth all the wasted time? Time off work, time to get the distance to his office and idle time spent just waiting. I’m really praying on whether to stay or find someone else. I don’t have to love my doctor to get my needs met. Pondering . . .
Dr.Brown is a awesome doctor to be up under he the kind of doctor that really care about his patients he is the doctor everybody need to be under wouldn't go no where else
I have been coming to Novant Health in Kannapolis NC every since they left Salisbury North Carolina. I Rely heavily on doctor Brown and doctor Nicole's advice I try to follow their advice which is so important to my health thank you Dr. Brown and Dr. Nicole. This is a great family practice
