If I could give this place 0 I would. Have Bi-polar 2 with psychotic features; I had an episode and was taken to the hospital were they did nothing until I got up and began an altercation with the police. As they were wrestling me, one cop goes ive got a Gun. I kept wrestling and they said just let it happen. As I was fighting they gave me a shot in my butt. I was admitted to this inpatient unit on November 5 I left the unit on November 8. It was OK for my three days. Food was horrible as all hospital food is I’d recommend if anybody in the big office is listening or reading this a computer room allowing you to eat gum allowing chips and allowing enough staff for resident to go into the courtyard. My husband had me involuntarily committed here as a way to hurt me. He lied to the magistrate at downtown Charlotte and told her I was trying to kill myself after I FINALLY got brave enough to take out spousal abuse papers on me. My life was being crushed by this bully and this was his newest plot. Since I am of sound mind, I can’t get past tell you this place was a nightmare.
