Canceled my appointment after I was already there, claiming they had called me that morning. If it was canceled that morning, why did I receive the cancellation email while I was standing at the desk? Also, having other phone numbers I don't know listed on my chart in addition to my own is not something you want to see from a medical provider... keep up the good work.
Dr. Archer and Juanita are amazing health care professionals. They have worked with me and my family for years. They are easy to talk to, they explain everything well, and provide great after visit notes. They remember many things from conversations had from months prior which is amazing.
