Our recent experience with a pediatrician Dr. Cody Carpenter at Novant Hemby Children’s ER was deeply disappointing and, frankly, alarming. We brought in our five-month-old son, who has a known history of severe respiratory illness (including a prior two-week hospitalization for RSV).
