I had a good experience there once and when I took my sick child today, she had a bad experience. The provider was hangry (self-confessed), and reacted to my child’s concerns with an attitude, loud voice and rude behavior. Just rude! She shamed my child for requesting an antibiotic in a time when fear of a respiratory infection is high, daughter has a history with escalated infections, and provider made sure my daughter left there feeling worse, gaslit and bullied. The urgent care was clean efficient and professional. I was checked in and seen promptly upon arrival.
Ok overall but this location does not draw blood. Be aware that if you need bloodwork they cannot do it here.
