If I could give a minus I surely would. On 3,June2021i had gone to the ER. While there they tried 3 times with 3 different people to give me an in/out catheritization. The first person is who I speak of now. She was extremely rude, uncaring and didnt know how to do one. I would ask that she have more extensive training in how to work with people in a hospital ED setting and also know how to do the tasks she is assigned. This place is terrible!! Don’t come here in pain expecting a quick relief!! I’ve been in this waiting area for 3 hours, in pain, and haven’t saw anybody yet!! This is crazy and uncalled for! I’ll never come here again!
