My wife was at the behavior health 9th floor for a week.i am the caregiver for her.the communication between the staff and me was one of the worst I ever experanced!promises to give messages to other staff, but no one calls back. The doctors are no better. Promise to call back and don't. Claim to send prescription and don't. Causing wife to have to go without her needed medicin because the doctor did not send the prescription electronacily .Doctors that can't speak English clearly.i sure hope they took better care of my wif... read more

1/10/20 Forsyth medical center room 8167. Katharine CNA. Elderly Patient ask for a depend. A hour later patient called to desk requesting a depend. 1/2 later daughter went to desk and was told CNA just got back from lunch and went to get one. When CNA came in , Katharine replied when baby gets hungry baby needs to eat. (She is pregnant). I told her my mom was hungry and she was never given lunch.
