I have been going to Dr. Thomas Jolly for many years. He is genuinely concerned about my health and leaves no stone unturned to find the cause and cure for whatever ails me. His staff is very friendly and professional. Would not consider any other Doctor for myself. Very satisfied.

I called because my husband was having kidney stones. He had been to the ER, but they took a wait and see approach (without running any imaging). When I called they were friendly and got him an appointment in a day. The Dr was prompt, knowledge, and kind. They ran the test needed to see where his stone was and that it was too large to pass. They scheduled a procedure to break it up. We definitely highly recommend this practice.

Very unconcerned about action of supporting staff. Many of his supporting staff are uncaring & rude. They derive some perverse pleasure in the power they have created and abuse that power to force endless madeup hoops for patients to jump through in an effort for them to withhold prescription medications. They are completely unconcerned about additional cost they are causing or about withdrawal symptoms associated with the prescription medications. I went in for knee replacement surgery yesterday and from the time I arrived until the time I left today I was treated with extremely good care from the CNA's, Nurses, operating room staff, anesthesiologist, doctor, admin personnel, volunteers and food staff. The food in my opinion is excellent! The hospital is very clean. I am having my other knee replaced in a month and I have no issues with a return visit.

You do not want to go here. The nurse practitioner Jackson walked out of the room on me because I was telling him my concerns about taking a unfamiliar medication. He is too sensitive and not understanding with someone who has medicine anxiety. He said he wouldn't be talked to that way when all I did was express my concerns. I didn't raise my voice or anything and then the nurse ignored me when I tried to tell her what he did. I then asked to speak to the manager and she was rude not wanting to hear me. ER nurses were absent. I saw mine one time in 4 hours after he missed an IV stick 3 times he got angry stormed out of the room and NEVER came back. The some woman comes in doesn't say a word starts the IV draws the blood. I'm laying there freezing. No sheet no pillow. I am crying in pain and vomiting. They didn't give me a nurse call light.
