As a customer, I do not have the option to choose how to pay for my visit. The staff did not provide the cost information after I received the service. They denied me the option of self-payment. Instead of allowing me to pay $100 directly, they are sending a payment of $200–$300 (based on my previous experiences) to my insurance without my consent. It seems the main goal of Novant Health is to charge customers the maximum amount possible!
