I am so disappointed. I went awhile back for a toe issue. The receptionist told me as long as I arrived by 645 I was OK(I called beforehand to make sure). Well I get there at 630..only patient. Immediately taken back and nurse checking me in was wonderful. I sat back there atleast 15 to 20 minutes and the nurse returned to me and profusely apologized because the provided(Meg?) was not taking anymore patients for the day. So strike 1, right. I cannot speak highly enough of this urgent care facility.
Great care and the staff were very caring and took great care of me. I highly recommend this extended care facility if you need to be seen and cared for.
I had a great visit at Extended Care Tanglewood. After a short wait, Kara the medical assistant brought me in to get started. Then Maggie the PA examined me and since they have xray on site, Sydney the radiology tech did my xray. I felt well taken care of and trust that I will feel better soon.
