This is a hidden gem!!!! I had no idea this place existed!! NP Kendra and Caroline got us in and out even though we asked tons of questions. This was absolutely the best urgent care experience I have had! Highly recommend!

On 10/11/24, I had my first visit to the Novant minute clinic due to having something going on with my kidneys/urinary tract. Was able to make appointment and check in on line. When I arrived I was greeted with a beautiful smile and good morning from the young lady at check in desk. She was so friendly and checked me in quickly. I got a bad cold for almost a week and couldn't get a hold of my family doctor, and they recommended this express clinic to me. I was able to schedule same-day appointment within an hour with this clinic. Very convenient location and easy to use reservation system. There was no wait when I got there. I called ahead to get information on a sports physical for my son. They quoted me $45.00, I was ok with that. Went got seen and paid, a month later I get a bill. How do I get charged almost $200 more for a service that I was quoted. Had to call customer service to wait on this to go to my insurance. This is a headache, please update your false information.
