Absolute waste of time and apparently money. Was under the impression I was having a free visit as I had been recommended to start on an insulin pump. Met with Luke who quickly showed me 4 or 5 pumps which I already had prior knowledge about most of them. Learned nothing new, left with no new information, other than seeing pumps in person. Yet still charged 300$ for “diabetes self management and learning” Absolutely asinine. Like paying a car salesman to show you cars on the lot.

I had a virtual visit with Amanie and I can say I share the same sentiments as the other one star reviewer. She basically went over things that I could have found using a simple google search. Then I felt as if I was being judged rather than helped. She read me some things from MyChart and asked if I was aware of what she read as if she was the first to ever tell me and as if I didn't have access to the same info she was reading.
