Incorrectly tagged as children pediatrics, we were informed by the receptionist nurse that it had changed two/three months ago. Outside sign and website still incorrectly indicates children pediatrics.
My daughter was diagnosed by Dr. Robles at this facilty- by the way, Dr. Robles is WONDERFUL! She was so sweet, patient, very observant, and a great listener with no judgement. There was a 4 month wait for my daughter's appointment. I wasn't thrilled about the wait, but it was worth it bc my daughter got the exact care she needed and was diagnosed properly. If I needed any paperwork, the front desk would call and let me know when it was ready for pickup. My best advice for any parent wanting to go to this facility: please, b... read more
After being sent the packet of paperwork to fill out and driving the hour and 45 minutes with my 3 year old to get to the office located on 4th street (per the directions) I was informed by a very nice lady at the desk that I was at the wrong location. She called the office on Carmel Rd to let them know what happened. She stated " We sent her the wrong paperwork. This isn't her fault, so I think no matter what she should be seen." We did have to wait some for our first appointment, but they did let me know about a cancellation, so we were able to get in sooner than we had originally thought. We have seen 3 different doctors there now, and each one has been very professional and helpful. The front desk staff has been very friendly each time - including over the phone and in person.
