This is the best family practice in Charlotte. The staff are fantastic and truly care about a patient’s best interest and health.
Staff is very lazy and doesn’t fight on behalf of their clients when it comes to insurance coverage. Switched to this provider recently and it’s been utterly useless getting them to do anything right.
I have seen Dr. Lori Taylor twice now for yearly medical exams. She is wonderful and gets you in and out quickly.The ladies in the lab are terrific!
VERY PLEASED with ENTIRE STAFF at Cotswold Medical! Everyone treated me in a friendly, welcoming manor! My appointments were professional, & I was tested, & treated for the issues I had to my satisfaction. Would recommend ANYONE looking for a good, caring medical Dr & staff go to this clinic!
