I cannot speak highly enough of Regina P., FNP, and her clinical assistant LaFayette C., CMA, at Novant Health Northlake Dermatology. From the moment I stepped into the office, their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. Regina performed a thorough skin exam and removed several moles with a level of precision and care that truly set her apart. Her bedside manner is beyond compare—she was delightfully sensitive to a cosmetic concern I had, addressing it with kindness and expertise that immediately put me at ease... read more

An excellent doctor that was well prepared for our visit. Very patient and answered all our questions. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was sent to novant by my vascular surgeon because of a problem I was having after my surgery on Monday. I went in to see my vascualr surgeon Tuesday morning and he told me to go to the pressbyterian hosp (novant) across the street. He said he would call them and tell them I was on my way. That he was waiting for the results. So after sitting all afternoon and part of the evening, I got fed up and left. They wanted to know if I would sign a paper saying I was leaving. I told them hell no I will not sign a paper. This hosp ... read more

I will do all I can to not use or recommend Novant’s services in the future. Charging someone for a required pre-operation appointment, prior to finding out if the procedure will be authorized by a person’s insurance is completely wrong. Just because your providers office did not do their due diligence to get a pre-authorization ahead of a procedure, yet still fell the need to require a pre-operation appointment, then decide to send 2 different bills (totaling more than $600) for a pre-operation appointment that led to a can... read more

If I could leave a 0 star I would because this provider does not even deserve 1 star. The worst doctor I have ever dealt with in the 52 years of my life. Poor communication skills, his tone in written communication was that of a juvenile, he failed to follow up on several different occasions, never discussed treatment of plan with me and caused me a lot of stress due to the situation. Please use caution with this doctor if you are looking for a provider that really cares about your best care.

Dr. Adam J Badaczewski is an incredible all-around physician and surgeon. My ankle was pretty messed up. Two ligaments and a tendon shredding apart from years of having bone fragments imbedded in them. Never has been caught before, but along with Novant's radiology experts Dr. "B" and his team were able to diagnose and get me scheduled very quickly for surgery. Apart from the fact that his personality can put a smile on a grape and make any patient totally comfortable with an office visit to a doctor. He is thorough, knowle... read more

Dr. Lauve is simply outstanding. I have been a patient for many years. She is compassionate and truly concerned with the care of her patients. She really listens! I cannot say enough about her as she is excellent in all respects!

As a former patient and now another family member a patient, I would like to say the difference in the way I was treated as a women and the way the other patient was treated as a man were completely different. I was not respected and another man was allowed to walk on on me while receiving treatment. The lady technicians were rude and uncaring. There was no compassion for them for me, I was just their job. The man was allowed to be cover and I was made to lye exposed. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Arrived at ER around 2AM with my wife who was experiencing chest pains. Before they can get my wife in a bed an ER attendant is already entering the room asking for debit card. She tells me there was a $200 copay. When I get the receipt I notice I was charged $800 - when I asked why the difference the ER attendant goes absolutely nuts, screaming and acting aggressively towards me, yelling out loud that she "knew how to do her job" and if I didn't like it I could take my "so-called" sick wife elsewhere.. Yes, she actually sai... read more
