Bad service and they take you out anytime they want. Icall him at the appointment and they said your policy is canceled. You can come back here no more great.
Super nice staff
I'm a big fan of this office! The triage nurses are quick to return calls and are super helpful when discussing questions and concerns especially for me being a first time mom. They will make sick appts and we never have trouble getting in same or next day but are also good about giving recommendations on what to do when appts arent needed. The doctors we have seen have all (except one) been phenomenal too!
Novant is a horrible corrupt fraudulent facility, I know this through a personal experience, corporate greed, Not health care.
Schedule here @ Monroe is extremely lacking. Scheduled an appointment @1130 arrived here 30 mins early to find out they are an 1hr behind schedule. Why no phone call, or message through the app? To say hey come in 30-45 mins later. As a single father who has to take off work and coordinate with a child sitter for these appointments absolutely ridiculous. Then told by office staff the doctor schedules his own appointments. Which is a lie, otherwise I be routed to his nurse or voice-mail when making an appointment.
