Schedule here @ Monroe is extremely lacking. Scheduled an appointment @1130 arrived here 30 mins early to find out they are an 1hr behind schedule. Why no phone call, or message through the app? To say hey come in 30-45 mins later. As a single father who has to take off work and coordinate with a child sitter for these appointments absolutely ridiculous. Then told by office staff the doctor schedules his own appointments. Which is a lie, otherwise I be routed to his nurse or voice-mail when making an appointment.

I had multiple bad experiences and cannot recommend this practice, one male doctor even roughly held my one-year-old's head down to the table to look at her ears because he "could tell she was going to be difficult" in my lap (after looking at her for five seconds and her wanting to happily touch the instrument), which honestly disgusted me, be kind and have some patience with babies! My child tested positive with Covid a few days ago. He has a sore throat and only one good ear that is aching. Dr. Washburn told me to take him to the emergency room. What a great doctor right?! Not! I can now see why Dr. Strange left this office. Terrible bedside manor. Dr Strange would never let my children go without meds they need and be in pain or send us to the emergency room for something so minor that can be taken care of with a simple prescription. Terrible service will never be coming back and going to Atrium where they actually care and wayyy better reviews. My toddler has been acting different compared to other children and I sent an email asking to get a diagnosis on her because as a mother I want to get her help if it is something bigger. Nurse said she would forward to her pediatrician. Waited 2 days did not hear nothing back, followed up again and no response. It has been almost 3 weeks and still no response.
