I am a self pay cash patient which means I pay cash up front for my bill and receive a discount. I had two visits at Novant Orthopedics and paid the quoted price in full both times. A month later, I received a bill which virtually erased my discount. Three phone calls and four months later they finally got back to me and said they did not charge me enough. This office does not communicate at all. I have left my 3rd message. I had suregery in July of 2022 with Dr Barron. Having issues with the same shoulder and have made repeated attempts to talk to someone there about the issues i am having. I spoke to Dr Barron's nurse and she was to have Dr Barron or herself return the call and let me know what the next step is. 3 weeks and 3 phone calls and still have not talked to anyone at this office.If i could give a 0 star, I would.

Hispanic lady that work in Covid testing is the rudest person I've ever met. Hoping she'll find her calling working with prisoners.
