The best first visit I have ever had! The front desk receptionist(Sorry I didnt get her name) was super nice and welcoming. I was called in by Mrs. Linda who is extremely warm and super sweet! She made my day and made it a super amazing visit while making you feel at home. I was soon seen by Mrs. Jessica whom was super nice, very professional and answered all of my concerns/questions! This visit was very quick and so worth it! I am definitely recommending Novant health! Thank you so much for the best customer service EVER!
Hello I just want to say that I have received the best customer service from Christine at the appointment line. She was kind, Courteous and patient I have not had this procedure before. This employee put me right at ease... I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have this done. U just don't see Customer Service like this anymore....
Dr. Howe is absolutely wonderful. I think a doctor’s bedside manner is as important as the quality of the medical services you receive, and Dr. Howe has about the best bedside manner I’ve experienced. I was there for a rather unpleasant procedure, and he was so understanding and comforting. The nurse who was in the room was absolutely wonderful, as well. I was so anxious and was in a lot of pain, and they both helped ease my discomfort throughout the procedure. I can’t recommend this office enough. So grateful for them.
