I had an outpatient procedure done this past Friday. I can’t say enough about the great care that I received in the short time that I was there! From the check-in ladies to my nurse Claire, my CRNAs, I believe they were Josh and Joe, and all of the staff that I encountered. This is why Novant health is my first choice in any kind of care I receive because I’ve never met anyone that has given me bad patient care. Great experience! The RN that discharged us in the outpatient surgery department was amazing. Her name is Elaina!!!
Nurse was horrible to my wife. Left her sitting in a wheelchair for almost 2 hours post surgery. She was rude and threw a box of tissues on her chest.

I can't remember all the names, but there were so many. Every single person here was kind, courteous, and upbeat. They were professional and knowledgeable as well. I worked with at least 1 nurse, 2 anesthesiologists, a number of OR crew, and several more who were likely nurses. Each one of them made me feel like I was their top priority, and NONE of them made me feel like a burden or hassle, which has happened a few times in my life, just never at Novant.
