Thought I submitted this but didnt but had a Carpal tunnel surgery and had a nurse Megan R, RN BSN and she was the worst.. Was in the recovery only 5-10 minutes before being rushed out of recovery with a elevated blood pressure reading. To be lied to saying she was going to get my friend but only called her and told her to get car. Forced to put clothes on by myself with one hand and still dizzy after hand surgery. I had an outpatient procedure done this past Friday. I can’t say enough about the great care that I received in the short time that I was there! From the check-in ladies to my nurse Claire, my CRNAs, I believe they were Josh and Joe, and all of the staff that I encountered. This is why Novant health is my first choice in any kind of care I receive because I’ve never met anyone that has given me bad patient care. Great experience! The RN that discharged us in the outpatient surgery department was amazing. Her name is Elaina!!!
Nurse was horrible to my wife. Left her sitting in a wheelchair for almost 2 hours post surgery. She was rude and threw a box of tissues on her chest.
