Just done w my annual mammogram ! It’s the first time here !! A bit nervous but didn’t hv to be ! All are nice and friendly ! Thank you all !! Especially Mary !!
Just canceled my follow-up for this practice/location. Had a biopsy last month and there was an "oops" where the anesthetic did not work. I don't want to endure that again. If they were dealing with men, I feel that the med staff would administer some kind of appropriate local pain control the first time. I was discharged without prescriptions (just a cute pink ice pack), which is routine.
Excellent care and very efficient
On May 23rd - my wife had her annual mammogram. The e-check-in and at the desk was smooth and friendly. In the exam room, the attendant was rude, abrupt and intimidating. The questionnaire was confusing and the attendant was rushed and impatient. By the time came to get positioned at the scanner the attendant was so impairment, she grabbed my wife, moved her around and told my wife (quote) she was “ like wrestling with an alligator”. WHAT?! That person (Mary) needs to be fired or, at least, re-educated …
I had an appt this afternoon. I was taken back within 5 minutes for a mammogram & ultrasound. The ladies at the front desk were very professional & pleasant! The girl who walked me back to the changing room was so friendly & thoughtful. My tech was great! She explained every along the way. She showed me the images and kept me informed throughout.
