This is a neat place. It's contained in a building that houses more than just one clinic under Novant mostly. The place is huge inside, but doesn't feature public bathrooms (there are bathrooms for clients), nor water fountains. The hallways were quite tight as well, and it is extremely confusing to get here. Overall service for my family was exceptional though.
Cortney Hagins daughter proudly states she was raised to be racist. This should be addressed, especially if women of color are patients here. Scary.
I will absolutely not be selecting Novant for care. I just moved into the area and had a mammogram scheduled. I gave the nurse my doctors information, but they were not able to add it into their system. After waiting for two hours, IT could not add it either. The level of incompetence was astonishing! They refused to see me even though they had my doctors information. I have never experienced this before. My family will not be using Novant for any care. I will be finding better!
