When requested to just have a diagnostic US and not mammogram by my doctor (because the lump is on the side body wall - not within reach of the mammogram area) was told will be forced to do a mammogram and not just a US. So I called to ask questions and my appointment was already cancelled by someone there. Kindness goes a long way according to thier hold music but I didn’t feel any kindness - just dismissed because I won’t do exactly what they want - I guess it doesn’t matter what the patient feels comfortable with. Been coming here for nearly 30 years
I would recommend every woman in Winston Salem go here. I am always in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff are great. The radiologist was very kind, and asked if I had any discomfort with every picture she had to take.
