My Pcp sent in a referral to see Dr. Kilpatrick. I did not know i needed an MRI to see her. My doctor placed the referral not me. The referral coordinator was very rude about it and acted like I was bothering her for even having a referral placed even though she called me. I had surgery 5 years ago with Dr Kilpatrick and she was awesome. Now it is making me question if I even want to go back because of how the referral coordinator handled the situation.

I’ve been trying for 2 & 1/2 weeks to get an appointment with Dr.Kilpatrick (spelling?) and only one person in the office schedules for that doctor. And of course that person is never available when I call so they leave a message for her, but then she will never call me back. And they won’t refer me to any other doctor, even though the doctor, I’m supposedly referred to will never answer or call back

Novanth health care team are the best care team out there. I’m grateful for all their effort to take care of me personally. They never listen to smear campaign that was made for me by people who did me wrong instead the team made their own goals on how to treat me medically and psychologically accordingly. They help me recover in every way without judgment. They used their gift medically to actually help me. I owed them so much for that. I salute every one from Novanth Health Team.
