We are so thankful we were scheduled to see Dr. Kiehna about our son’s head shape. We were sent to Cranial Technologies by his pediatrician, who recommended he be placed in a band. My insurance requires a neurosurgeon to evaluate as well and give their unbiased opinion. That’s how we ended up seeing Dr. Kiehna. She was amazing! She actually held our son and talked to him. I had spine surgery on Dec 28 with Dr Adam Back. His staff and his team were absolutely amazing. They answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel like a nuisance when I called them like 10 times one day with post op concerns. One specific nurse in particular , Holly talked me through an extremely painful muscle issue and made sure I had the right meds and then called back to check on me. She reassured me that everything would be okay and they were there for me. That’s the kind of patient care you expect and need.
