My wife loves her OB, Dr. Zach, as well as the midwife Lisa Dunton.. Both are excellent! That being said, the rest of the staff has left a bad taste in my wife's mouth. I would say they are disinterested/cold and often rude at times. Particularly a couple of the nurses and lab attendees have been rude to my wife on a few different occassions. I had one visit and will not be back to this location because the women are so rude. Not sure why some woman who wasn’t even signing me in felt like giving her two cents on the fact I didn’t know the hospital had two different obgyns. My doctor was nice but they need to fix the attitudes at the door cause that’ll make anybody not come back
I am my second pregnancy with this clinic and the entire staff is top-tier. From the beginning, the women at the front desk are warm and welcoming and the doctors are highly attentive. You would never guess Dr. Zach was so busy because he treats you like he has all the time in the world to answer your questions thoroughly. I am going into my next C-section confident that I am the best hands in North Carolina.
The team at Bradford Clinic is great! Everyone was so helpful, and tentative. They all made me feel seen and heard. I saw Dr. Zach and he was great. He made sure I had all the information and that I felt comfortable and taken care of. 10/10 recommend! Office was somewhat hard to find through apple maps but I went in through the women’s center. They were kind and let me know how to get to the right office through the building!
I have been going to Bradford Clinic for years as well as my mom who gave birth to me there she used to see Dr. Sweeney who we also love and he was apart of my birthing process. I love all the doctors They’re all so nice and caring. I reallylove Dr.Boster, Dr. Reynolds, Dr. Parson and Dr. Rainey. From my experience, they’re all great doctors!
