I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Jennifer Mitch at Novant that has permanently impacted my trust in this practice. I scheduled a routine preventive exam. During the visit, I raised a health concern, which I believed was appropriate in the context of a checkup. Afterward, I received a bill reflecting additional services that were not actually performs and classified as non-routine, resulting in out-of-pocket costs that were not covered by my insurance. Do not waste your time going here. The doctors are very dismissive and the receptionists and nurses are unprofessional and rude. In the last year, every time I have been to this office I have been brushed off or belittled. They don’t seem to listen or care about your concerns and are overall just careless.
