RecommendedDr. Homesley did me knee revision surgery. I had been in pain for 4 years since my original knee replacement. No other orthopedic surgeon would fix it. They wanted to keep sending me to PT, which caused more pain. I went to Dr. Homesley and he did my revision and I have less pain then I have had in 4 years he is awesome. Novant Health is the best hospital I have went too. They were very detailed leading up to my surgery and after. I highly recommend him.

Great place, I travel from Gastonia to Charlotte just to go there because of the Doctors & the Staff! When checking in the staff at the front desk are out of this world Super Nice! Doctors are the same way PA’s are the same way I get the best treatment when I have to go here!
What an amazing staff! Dr. Homesley, Larry, Kathleen, and Lori have taken excellent care of me during my THR. My questions were answered, and I feel good about the outcome. Today was my 6-week follow-up appt. I can’t thank them enough!!
Dr. Homesley did both of my hips and both knees... he is the best! Extremely professional, meticulous, and highly recommended! I am A Registered Nurse, and have been very impressed and happy with his work!
I had knee replacement i 2005 and hip in 2018 and these Dr's are the best in Charlotte and that's not just my opinion
If their staff can't return phone calls, know what does and doesn't need prior approval from insurance while not even calling to find out. Setting you up for appointments that are on incorrect days knowing you live 2 hours away and then advising treatments that didn't work in the past to make up for said wrong appointment... that's too many red flags for any kind of further treatment.
The staff at this division of Novant Health Orthopedics are just wonderful. I was there for a medical procedure.
