Do not go to this place! I had Dr Garner for a yearly checkup, insurance paid the visit and Novant charged me additional $148 for some 3 problems that I apparently discussed with him during my visit which are not included in a regular checkup... I walked into Dr Hanrahans office at 2pm today for a walk in appointment. I have an acute upper respiratory infection with a severe productive chest cough and wheezing. I neglected to bring the correct insurance card. The receptionist said there was no option but to go home and get it. Worst experience ever. I *would have been* a new patient but when I showed up for my appointment it wasn't on the schedule. I asked the woman to look for it in the system, turns out my appointment was arbitrarily CANCELED 5 days ago and I was never contacted. Then she had the audacity to suggest that I wait for an opening from a no show... I told her there are other doctors in my network. Don't waste your time here.
