I recently had Surgery at this hospital. I had the most excellent care team. Dr Scott Schneider and all my Nurses were like beautiful angles to me. Dr Schneider was friendly & kind, answered all my questions and explained my surgery in details with out rushing. I loved that. The Nurses in preop and postop were supper kind, compassionate and gentle with me, they were Nurse Karen, Natalie, May, Eve, Angela, Jennifer CRNA, other staff like Donna. Patient transport- Henry. I went in for an outpatient surgery yesterday, February 19, 2026, and while the overall service was good, the recovery portion left a slightly foul taste in my mouth. My nurse Mae was kind, but gave me a sense of rushed service. Very much so hurry and get out. I was being rushed to attempt to use the potty, to her defense, we had been trying for a little over an hour, but those of us who have had any sort of anesthesia, understand that the system is sleeping. I've been here in the emergency room now for 3 hours and still haven't been seen. This is ridiculous. Do not come here, the staff is slow, go to Atrium Pineville.
I’ve called the main number three times this afternoon and each time was put on musical hold for at least five minutes before I finally terminated the call. Very poor customer service.
I’ve been to the ER and to the mobile imaging and both visits were awful! I would avoid this hospital.
