Tonia Bailey specifically has very poor bedside manner, and the one time I did see her she forgot to put critical information in my chart. I informed her I was a nurse after she had dismissed the majority of my concerns. Her response... as a NURSE practitioner.. "What really is a nurse?" I was baffled. I haven't had a poor experience in healthcare until this. I would not suggest going to her!
Wonderful customer service across all staff, attentive doctor’s that listen and address concerns, and a welcoming environment. The best Novant Health center that I have come across in North Carolina. Would recommend getting care at this location!
Hi everyone , I'll be contacting the police on Tonia and getting authorities involved. I will be getting law enforcement on Tonia she is very disrespectful I am currently working on getting the police on this practice.
I WILL NOT BE BACK! My old doctor is no longer with the practice. I was told there was a new doctor taking his place. Although his Bed side manner is polite he has no knowledge of what he is doing. He told me that he has no knowledge on my health issue and would need to do some research on it. He was dismissive, showed no sympathy nor empathy to my situation.
