First of all Frank and Hans were terrific people to deal with. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I would readily buy from them again. The whole dealership was a delight to deal with…. No pressure but lots of help. The car buying experience was easy and without pressure. Everyone there was first class. I would recommend Novak Motors to anyone looking to buy a car and would buy again there myself.

Rick and Joel are awesome. Everyone is so friendly, very patient and knowledgeable. From walking in I felt like I was part of the family. They made me feel like I was always their top priority and answered all my questions and when I forgot to ask something I called them and they addressed the situation immediately. I would rate them 7 stars ⭐️ if it went that high 😊
Don was great straight foward guy no bs. dealership offers liftetime powertrain warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. we were in an out as we have a newborn it was seamless and awesome.
