The NJ location listened to what I described as my perfect truck and found me something very close. They then helped me customize it to really make it a special purchase, thus making me very happy!!! We had a very great experience with Novak Motors. Joel Lambert was our sales person whom is a very knowledgeable and professional. Joel makes buying a car or truck from Novak Motors a real pleasure and this was our second vehicle we bought from Joel so we keep going back. Franco was the best salesperson ever! Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy - no where near what a “typical” salesperson is like. The entire process was easy. All information was provided upfront. More than fair trade in value given on my old vehicle. Financing was a breeze. We’ve bought two vehicles so far from Novak and are thrilled with them. This is our second purchase of a Jeep Cherokee from Novak Motors NJ! Joel Lambert was super patient and very informative answering all of our questions honestly like an old friend. When we found them in 2017 the experience was so relaxing, no pressure, unlike any other dealer we visited! The Service Dept has also been great and never tried to sell us parts that were not needed. For this reason, we have highly recommended Novak Motors to everyone. Our son, niece and several friends have since purchased their vehicles there.
