Novak Motors was somewhat familiar territory already, but John Castellanos made my second time visit above average! He is so personable and supportive from details of the vehicle, helping with my favorite features like media and comfortability and answering my questions. Working with Hans on the financial end was so reassuring and comforting, as well. I was well taken care of and I appreciate how comfortable the whole process felt from start to finish!
