Novak is an impossible person to have a reasonable conversation with. Novak is extremely rude and rushed. We need a pediatrician who is capable of slowing down and makes efforts to LISTEN. But this women is what I would call providing cheap and toxic fast food service. Not only that her and her nurse bullied and harassed me for being a dwarf. Which means Novak and her nurse harassed and bullied a person with disabilities. That is such disgusting behavior especially considering it is a Doctor for godsake. Horrible experience.... read more
