I rented from Simon, he was extremely unprofessional. I raised many concerns about the state of the house I rented. Took 3 weeks to replace a VERY NOISEY water heater. These people do not care about their renters. I ended up having to move out and even with formal termination of lease they didnt handle the situation well at all. Im waiting now for an excuse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SIMON HUANG OR PATRICIA RODRIGUEZ
