This was the second time I used NovaCare's west loop facility in the past 2 years. Recently I received a perscription for extreme pain in my right hip extending through and down my right leg. After an examination Joe Zucco. PT began the physical therapy. The relief of pain and discomfort was felt wthin hours, and deeply appreciated. The perscribed exercises and follow up sessions have helped immensely in my recoverey. Avery is great! My shoulder is getting better!
I attended Rush PT in the West Loop from September 2023 to January 2024 and worked with Joe for physical therapy. While I had no issues with his care, I was shocked to receive a $500 bill in October 2024 — nearly 10 months after my last session. This situation is deeply frustrating. The receptionist, Dalia, assured me multiple times that my insurance would fully cover each visit, and I trusted this information, especially since I had provided my insurance details and copays were never mentioned during any of my sessions. Stopped in after hurting my ankle, and Joe was incredible. He was very attentive and taped it while giving steps for what I do moving forward! I would recommend this location to everyone!
