I came to them with pain in my hip after a fall. Couldn't run without any pain. Finally decided to come in after I couldn't even walk without pain. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to give me some exercises to work on throughout the week along with some they guided me through in office. I walked out many times pretty sore from the workouts. Chardon Novacare was able to get me in the next day for an evaluation. I had to wait at least two weeks for other physical therapy companies. My therapists Mike and Ashley are amazing. Both are always making sure I am doing the therapies correctly. Both are very friendly and caring adjusting my care as necessary. Michaela at the front desk is so welcoming and accommodating.

Staff is welcoming, patient, understanding and very good at what they do. This is my second time going there for 2 different issues a d both times they gave me all the tools I needed to get back to where I wanted to be. All I can say is Thank you so much to Novacare especially Michael, Ashley, Cassie and Maryann.
