Cannot get ahold of anyone for over 5 months. Called everyday for over a week and still cannot get anyone to call back. Used their inquiry forms which are useless as no one responds to them either. They keep sending multiple bills in various amounts for the same billing period. We've received at about 7-10 bills for one period of time, but can't get ahold of anyone to actually help figure out what is owed/to stop sending bills. Worst customer service.
