Abigail Mcerlean is terrific at this location. Knowledgeable, very good beside manner, always willing to answer questions, whether during a session or outside a session via email. Would gladly recommend to anyone needing PT services.
Emily is great. She has an awesome balance of evaluating how a patient is feeling and pushing to stretch a comfort zone. Knowledgable and happy to explain anything. One on one attention for all the important stuff. All folks on the staff are friendly.
The whole process was great. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, Nick in particular was fantastic. I actually started looking forward to seeing him after a couple sessions! In six short weeks I went from regular back pain issues to hardly any at all. Only thing that would have been nice is a bit more airflow from a fan or something, but that’s small potatoes compared to the overall experience you get here.
The therapists at Rush on Halsted are incredibly savvy and caring in their treatments. In just me first two sessions they gave me essential knowledge about my physical issues, and I was immediately given exercises and additional information to help me. Both Emily and Abbey were kind and empathic in the way they approached me, and their personal stake in helping me was evident. Abbey also helped by telling me things I might expect from an upcoming surgery and gave me exercises for before and after it.
