The entire staff is wonderful. This is my second time using the facility.
On Tuesday June 5th I had my first session at Nova Care. My therapist was Andrew. He was quite pleasant and I was pleased to work with him. He asked me a series of questions to see where he should begin working out with me. He imputed this information and we began a series of exercises to do. I had posterior right hip replacement on May 10th. Also,he printed out a lot of exercises I can do at home. All in all I was comfortable because he was on hand and helpful. Andrew is the best! The ladies at the desk is very nice and helpful the environment is clean!
The atmosphere is friendly. Secretaries are really nice gals. My therapist really took care of me. I went in with rotator cuff problem and she worked on my shoulder to where the pain was almost minimal to none being that I am trying to avoid surgery. The location for me is convenient and there is parking.
