IMPOSSIBLE to actually get your prescriptions from them. and don’t even think about trying to get anyone on the phone. they never ever answer the phones. when you try to look up a number to call, you’ll find five different numbers— none of which get answered. prescriptions are not sent when they say they are, leaving you to go days without necessary medication and they ignore you for days. ignore your calls, voicemails, texts, and messages. i will NOT be coming back to this practice again. this is an absolutely unacceptable ... read more
My life just got better I was looking for a practice that can help me with both medication management and therapy. I was referred from my insurance to Nurse Practitioner Norvy Jean. I just had my sixth appointment and am feeling so much better. She got me on the right medication and speaking with her is so easy. She is thorough, understanding, her practice is so helpful and has convenient hours.
I have been a patient of doctor Norvy for the past year and half, and I’m happy to report that my mental health journey is almost over! Thanks to the great work I’ve been doing with Dr. Norvy and the wonderful staff that do a great job at taking care of me and comforting me and my lowest moments. In the next few week, I’ll be finishing my therapy sessions and med management sessions! Thank you Dr.Norvy for all your support, it was a long journey and I wouldn’t have gotten to this point without her.
I wish you could give zero starts. Awful!! Unprofessional!! The receptionist’s are unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude! They work with people with mental health disorders and they treat their clients like garbage. Brittany and Patti are the worst receptionists and Dr Norvy is unreliable and inconsiderate.
I was seen by Valessa for my annual check up. She was so nice and polite. Took very great care of me. Recommended a few things that I needed and overall just a great experience as usual. Highly recommend I tell all my friends and family about her/ NOVA FAMILY HEALTH
