I had to change primary care physicians because of new health insurance. It's a daunting task to try to find someone new after so many years with another practice. Valessa Mesidor exceeded my expectations. She was kind, thorough, on time and just the kind of person I want in charge of my wellness. Her office in Wantagh was peaceful and encouraged wellnes in the mind and body. I am happy my road to new care led me to her.
IMPOSSIBLE to actually get your prescriptions from them. and don’t even think about trying to get anyone on the phone. they never ever answer the phones. when you try to look up a number to call, you’ll find five different numbers— none of which get answered. prescriptions are not sent when they say they are, leaving you to go days without necessary medication and they ignore you for days. ignore your calls, voicemails, texts, and messages. i will NOT be coming back to this practice again. this is an absolutely unacceptable ... read more
My life just got better I was looking for a practice that can help me with both medication management and therapy. I was referred from my insurance to Nurse Practitioner Norvy Jean. I just had my sixth appointment and am feeling so much better. She got me on the right medication and speaking with her is so easy. She is thorough, understanding, her practice is so helpful and has convenient hours.
