If you need forms filled out and signed by a Doctor, make sure to bring them in with your appointment. I've been waiting a week and a half and kept getting the run around. I decided to come in and they had to find them and are just now filling them out, I heard the Dr. tell one girl to bring the laptop back, I'm sure they were getting the info to put on the forms. I ask of they Just now filled them out and was told "no, we just had to go through her whole desk to find them". Not very organized or professional in my opinion. ... read more
The experience was fine, not stellar, until the very end when it was time to choose my frames. The first number I was told was about $16 then some extra for various things. I was fine with all that then I go to pay and it's over $100. I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me and get me to pay for things I never agreed to or requested. I do not feel I was treated honestly and will not be returning.
Love all the staff at Nova! They're always professional, yet personable. I highly recommend this office.
Dr. White is great! She always takes her time and even saw me on her off day when I had an emergency for trauma to my eye. Thanks Dr. White and everyone else at Nova Vision!
