I went to Nova for a preventive eye exam that should have been covered at 100%. However , they did the incorrect billing code and charged me $122 for ONE visit ... which again should have been covered . I received ONE bill showing it was covered and then all of a sudden I owed money . The billing department did NOT do their job correctly and wanted to blame me for my deductible however I spoke to my insurance and they advised it had nothing to do with the deductible ... then next thing I know they send it to collections inst... read more
I bought the tranquil eyes kit today. I had a appt with Dr. Gilbert... He's always so thorough, such a great person. I can't wait to see my results from using the kit. I would recommend this place to anyone needing eyeglasses, contact lenses or a eye exam. They have all the new machines. It was great seeing the pictures of my eyes. It's amazing how technology has grown..
