Service dept is lost! Dropped a truck off to get fixed after making appointment almost a week in advanced Truck wasn’t repaired because they didn’t have the parts. They did do some work, I paid over the phone, no receipt given to my driver and we have been calling for close to a week to get it along with a quote for them to fix something They won’t be fixing the truck because of and nervous they maybe lost. I paid for them to look at some issues so I want the quote on what’s wrong.
