Bought a new truck from nova first of the year. We've had issues with the truck since day 1. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication with their service department. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend their service department to anyone. Unless you want your truck down for a month +, with no answer as to what's going on or when you can expect it back.

I have had a great experience bringing my truck in for servicing at Nova trucking center, they have very flexible hours including evenings and weekends which is important so you can get your truck fixed on the off hours of work. They always provide excellent customer service and communication regarding what your truck needs and gives a timeline for pickup. I would recommend using Nova trucking center for all your repair and service needs. K&C trucking and contracting inc

For a long time I wasn’t to deal with Nova again but after my last service and the new team they have I am definitely coming back to service my trucks there Thank you

I ordered some parts for my truck got them in a week, there very professional ,kept informed and called as soon as the parts were in.
