I called Nova because I drove over a screw. When I asked if they had my tire in stock, they said no but would have it the next day and asked for a $100 deposit. By lunchtime, the tire arrived and I drove over there. Ness told me they could fix my existing tire with a patch and did so in about 15 minutes. He then refunded me $60 from my deposit and sent me on my way. This level of honesty and customer service is a rare treasure. We will only use him from now on.
Honestly very good and simple. Went on a Sunday unannounced and two gents were quick, polite and professional to change one tire for me. Whole thing didn’t take longer than 20mins., no fuss. They just offered a choice of used or new tire (then didn’t have the used option I wanted for this one) but otherwise they didn’t try to upsell me or comment on the rest of my car which I loved. Amazing staff, very informative and fast with a patch job.
Tire problems ? Come to Nova tires 🛞 The entrance is through the alley. Easy to find. My daughter‘s Audi had a low tire so I thought it was a leak. Two men came out to check the car and tires. Robert was one of the men, sorry I didn’t get the name of the other. After a thorough inspection, it was found that there was no leak. This is an honest and friendly business !!!
Lied on the phone about the cost of my tires - told me I was getting Hankooks and charged me $150/per tire for some $50 westlakes - not an honest business.
